One handed passing


One handed passing

This one hand passing drill is where players are standing 2 meters or 6 ft apart. While one ball and a partner during this one hand passing drill is need. Then the two players face each other and with 1 ball. The players start to pass the ball to their partners using only the right hand then change to the left.

Advanced one hand passing drill:

This one hand passing dril can change the height of the ball (e.g from shoulder to waist). Then going more advance you can throw in two balls or even add movements such as sliding or stepping forward/backwards/sideways. Remember moving as a pair.
