Pass into space

Pass into space

Pass into space

In groups of threes, the player take the shape of an L or a square with one space being empty. The player that starts with the ball will face the space that is empty. While the player on the other side of the empty space moves into that empty space with a quick and hard cut ready to catch the pass, once that player recieves the pass. Then the player is pivoting and turns to pass into the empty space she has just left from where the next player is moving into and continue this action. For more advanced players, you could train the group to rotate or change direction when a player calls switch or on the blow of a whistle.

Keys to remember while doing and instruction this drill:

- work on completing every pass
